Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 555mix. Duplicate accounts will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. You will be asked to provide a valid Malaysian identity document and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 555mix ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who registers for or uses the services offered through the website located at https://555mix.cam ("the Website"). By accessing the Website, creating a player account, depositing funds, claiming any bonus, or placing any wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their current version. We reserve the right to require documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to have been opened in contravention of these eligibility requirements will be suspended and any funds within those accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
To register an Account, you must complete the online registration form accurately, providing your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and any other information requested. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You must update your account details promptly in the event of any change.
Only one (1) Account is permitted per Player, per household, and per device. Operating multiple Accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, 555mix reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any accumulated balances pending a fraud investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account access with any other person. 555mix will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected] (plain text — not a link).
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering compliance, we require all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport, accompanied by a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and a selfie holding the identity document. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.

The minimum deposit is RM30 for most e-wallet methods. For FPX and bank transfer, the minimum is RM50. Maximum daily deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within your Account settings. 555mix reserves the right to adjust these thresholds without prior notice.
All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX — 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire — 15 to 60 minutes. These timeframes are indicative only. 555mix does not guarantee processing within these windows and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
The primary account currency on 555mix is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where deposits or withdrawals are made in an alternative currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 555mix does not accept liability for any exchange rate losses incurred by the Player.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 555mix are subject to individual terms, which include but are not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amounts, applicable wagering or turnover requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, expiry periods, and withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly on the offer page. For example, a Bonus of RM100 with a 20x wagering requirement requires total bets of RM2,000 to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
555mix actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee profit from bonus funds (arbitrage), exploiting game weighting anomalies, or any other technique that constitutes an unfair advantage. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, their winnings derived therefrom forfeited, and their accounts permanently suspended.
While wagering requirements are being met on an active bonus, the maximum allowable bet per round or per event is RM50 (or currency equivalent) unless otherwise specified. Bets placed in excess of this limit during an active bonus period may be voided at the Platform's discretion.
All games and betting markets on 555mix are governed by individual game rules, which are available within each game interface or betting market. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise explicitly stated.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, international football fixtures, UFC, basketball, and other events — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Bets placed on void, postponed, or abandoned events will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules published on the Platform.
Live dealer games, including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and Sic Bo, are operated in real time by professional dealers from licensed streaming studios. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game round, the round will be settled in accordance with the studio's published void-round and disconnection policy.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue that affects the outcome of a game, 555mix reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to Players' accounts. No liability shall arise from technical interruptions outside of our control, including but not limited to server outages, internet service provider failures, or third-party software errors.
Any Player found engaging in the following prohibited activities will have their account permanently terminated and relevant balances forfeited. 555mix reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of 555mix to any Player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any valid withdrawable balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be processed to your registered payment method. Accounts with outstanding active bonuses at the time of closure may have those bonuses voided before the net balance is returned.
555mix reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, engagement in prohibited activities, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or receipt of a chargeback against a prior deposit transaction. Where an Account is terminated for cause, 555mix reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Funds held in good standing will be returned to the Player following the conclusion of the investigation.
555mix reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — affecting Player rights, withdrawal conditions, or eligibility criteria — we will publish a notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect. Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors or clarifications of existing clauses, may be made without advance notice.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 555mix holds its operating licence. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process.
